What

Yin yoga is a stilling experience, cultivating a deep sense of awareness. Spending several minutes in a posture allows deep stretch of the connective tissues (tendons, fascia and  ligaments) increasing flexibility and blood flow to the joints.  Regular practice of yin yoga releases blockages and improves the flow of qi (energy) which improves organ health, builds immunity and stabilizes our emotions.
